According to Source the crash
involved an Ilorin-Ogbomoso bound Toyota Hiace bus said to be com-ing
from Sango Otta in Ogun

It was gathered that the Ilorin-Ogbomoso
bound buswith registration number LS D 191 XK, ran into a ditch beside a
filling station along the express road having suddenly sighted men of
the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, who were on a routine check on the
road.
According to an eye witness, the driver
of the bus swerved off the road on sighting the FRSC men at a nearby
point, lost control and rammed into the filling station’s wall fence
before heading into a deep ditch

The FRSC Public Relations Officer in Oyo
State, Mr. Tunde Onijala, while confirming the incident, said four male
adults, four female adults and two children lost their lives in the
auto crash.
