Nigeria’s leading media planning and buying agency, Media Perspectives, is set to celebrate the other side of her staff as the organization will be holding a talent programme tagged MP’s GOT TALENT
an internal initiative to harness the various raw talents some of the
staff have on a fun-filled platform as well as reward them in a bid to
strike a work – fun balance in life.
It is common knowledge that people
perform optimally when they are happy as it reflects on their person and
on the job. When morale is high, people are excited and work becomes
fun and at MP we are MORAL BOOSTERS.
We create a fun-filled environment that
brings out the best in our people who are our greatest asset and this in
turn leads to idea generation, innovation, great wok ethics,
professionalism and great ‘bottom line’.
This is also practiced by our
international partner ‘Starcom Mediavest Group (SMG)’ who is renowned
for their philosophy of the ‘Human Experience’.
The MP Got Talent is the brain child of the company and gladly supported by the entire staff who have indicated interest to compete in the following categories;
– Music
– Dance
– Spoken Words
– Comedy
– Poetry
– Fashion Design
– Painting e.t.c
This event is billed for Friday July 29, 2016 at the MP premises, 37/39, Oduduwa way, GRA, Ikeja. Celebrity judges, OAPS, Comedians, Actors and Actresses, Musicians will also be part of this great fun.
